🤝You Get Paid When We Get Paid (YGPWWGP)

What it is

Apply the "you get paid when we get paid" terms to all subtier clients, not only IBM and Kyndryl, across the ITO, LQPO and SOW forms. The development side was built and tested in December 2025.

What's happening

Scoping what's left. Since June the remaining work has been with Sarah, who was updating the form content on production and asked for the dev forms to be refreshed so she could finish. Pradeep's note from Sep 25 says it isn't known whether that happened. The one planning item is to confirm with stakeholders what's done, what's left, and whether the SOW is in scope. Accelerated Payments was planned to follow this.
