🛡️Fiserv Commerce Hub: "Additional Authorization" Card Declines

What it is
Some card payments have been declined with "Additional authorization information is required" since the March 31 cutover from Fiserv Payeezy to Commerce Hub. Raised by Linda in Finance. The fix is a 3DS-V2.0 option on the Commerce Hub merchant ID, which requires a signed Fiserv addendum. No development is expected.
What's happening
On hold. The addendum needs LearnQuest's signature before Fiserv changes the merchant ID; the planning item tracking that has been waiting since Sep 28. After it's signed: test card payments, confirm the decline has stopped, and close out with Finance.
